5.1 In the unlikely event that a bed or mattress is unavailable or discontinued, we will offer you an alternative or provide a refund.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

7.1 We accept payment through all major debit and credit cards, Klarna Pay in 3, PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 3. All payments are handled through the payment gateway Stripe. For more information please see the Payment Methods page.

8. DELIVERY

8.1 We offer free standard delivery on orders over £400. Different delivery options are available, including express delivery and assembly services. Please refer to our Delivery & Assembly page for more information on delivery timescales and costs.

11.1 We offer a warranty for our beds. The duration of the warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 At BeDivine.co.uk, we stand behind the quality of our goods and strive to ensure they meet your expectations. Here is our liability policy:

  • 12.2 Satisfactory Quality: We warrant that the Goods purchased from us through our website are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which Goods of the kind are commonly supplied.
  • 12.3 Limited Liability: Our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of us breaching the agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Goods and any foreseeable losses. Foreseeable losses are those that could be reasonably contemplated by both you and us at the time your order is accepted.
  • 12.4 Exclusions: The limitations mentioned above do not apply to the following:
    1. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
    2. Liability under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
    3. c. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
